This is the WHY, HOW and WHAT of your business. In this program you work one on one with Georgee or one of our coaches for 12 weeks. During this period we will build a strong foundation for your brand, decide on a product or service to bring to the world, market that product and get you making sales. The key to the success of this program is YOU! If you are 100% committed to the process and are willing to do what it takes, this process will work. This includes doing the hard things and the things that stretch you outside of your comfort zone.
The Ultimate WHY Discovery Program includes:
DISCOVER YOUR WHY WEEKEND – 3 day live, in person, weekend workshop to discover your purpose. In this weekend you will learn to articulate your purpose in a clear, short sentence. This is the foundation for creating a compelling message that people can understand. This is also what will set you apart from the crowd. (25 hours). This is followed by 4 weeks of one on one coaching. (2 hours)
WEEK 1 – CONFIDENCE – This week we learn the steps to become confident in building or growing your business. You will discover the obstacles that are blocking you from success and learn how to overcome them. (2 hour live class via Zoom)
WEEK 2 – BELIEFS – This week we will define and create the principles of excellence for your business. This will align with WHY to create your vision and mission statement. ( 2 hour live class via Zoom)
WEEK 3 – CLARITY – This week we will define your ideal target market. We will find out who they are, what their biggest challenges are, where to find them, and what you offer to solve their problems. (2 hour live class via Zoom)
WEEK 4 – FOCUS– This week is all about focus. We will define your client’s journey through your products and services. What are you offering and where are people getting stuck? Is your sales process set up for easy flow. ( 2 hour live class via Zoom)
WEEK 5 – COMMUNICATION – This week is all about learning how to communicate what you do. You will learn how to communicate with different communication styles so that you adjust to a multitude of situations, from phone calls to in person networking.
WEEK 6 – MARKETING – Let’s create a marketing plan for your business. Learn simple strategies that you can implement to begin getting your message out to your ideal client. ( 2 hour live class via Zoom)
WEEK 7 – SYSTEMS – This week we will begin to create the operations manual for your business. We will discover and create the systems and processes that will help you to run your business more efficiently. ( 2 hour live class via Zoom)
WEEK 8 – ROADMAP – This week we create a one year roadmap for your business. This yearly plan will ensure you know what your goals are and the steps to take to achieve them. ( 2 hour live class via Zoom)
WEEK 9 –IMPLEMENT – Take action, action, action. Through action we will get feedback and make adjustments as needed to your plan. ( 2 hour live class via Zoom)
WEEK 10 – TEST & TWEAK – Monitor the feedback and take action to keep moving forward. ( 2 hour live class via Zoom)
WEEK 11 – TEST & TWEAK & REPEAT – Action, monitor feedback, more action to get desired results. ( 2 hour live class via Zoom)
WEEK 12 – CELEBRATE – Celebrate the success of your hard work and actions. Keep repeating. ( 2 hour live class via Zoom)
